The wrap has a 5 inch to 18 inch circumference and is made of a durable, anti-bacterial material that is easy to clean. The Squid Knee Gel Pack is a soft gel pack that provides maximum cold and comfort without the mess of ice water. The proprietary gel formula makes it freeze colder than water.
