My Review: I would give 0 stars if I didn't have to choose 1 to review this chair. I am very upset and disappointed with this chair! It did not come with the straps, I see here in the picture it came with 2 very thin velcro straps that will not work for us. I asked to return the chair but was told the manufacturer would not except a return because it is not sanitary, well this chair is made of hard plastic that can be easily cleaned and disinfected, I spent almost $400 and can't use the chair. I am very livid and disgusted that the company would use sanitation as a reason to not accommodate my family and our needs. I can not afford to throw money down the drain this way and for this I am VERY upset.
