Indications: Patients at risk for falls.  All components for high fall risk patient identification in one pre-packaged kit.  Takes the guesswork out of what products to use. Includes Socks, Magnets, Bracelet and Blanket . The standard sock fits up to men’s size 13.  The large sock features a mesh band at the top to comfortably fit swollen ankles and calves.  The large sock fits up to men’s size 14. 
Indicate color when ordering: Green, Orange, Purple, Red or Yellow.
